Denver Real Estate Market Update - October 2019 Average home sales price in the Denver metro area came in at $483,734 for the month of September. That was down just 0.56 percent from August and up 6.06 percent year over year. Over the last few years Denver homeowners have been enjoying double digit gains in home value.
