I thought the Deborah had a nice open floor plan and a beautiful kitchen. I liked the long kitchen island and the contrasting cabinets. However, I felt that the home seemed a little dark. The color combinations in the model didn’t help with dark hardwood floors. If I were going to purchase this home, I would choose a lighter color pallet to brighten it up. I was also not as impressed with the master suite. I felt like with all the space in the home, the master suite should have been larger and more impressive.
Included in the base price of the homes are GE stainless steel appliances, 42″ maple cabinets and granite countertops. Hardwood floors come standard in the kitchen, nook and entry. Master baths include maple cabinets, granite counters, double sinks and separate tub and shower.
