The new community of High Point is located just south of Denver International Airport and north of Green Valley Ranch. Century Communities is currently building affordable single family homes at High Point in Denver.
High Point is a new community within the Denver metro area. It is an ideal neighborhood for airport employees, as it is the closest community to DIA. Currently there is a lot of construction in High Point. Visitors to the neighborhood can’t miss the Gaylord’s Highpoint Conference Resort which is currently being built.
In the not so distant future this neighborhood will be filled with new restaurants and shops. There is plenty of land set aside for business development. Developers also plan to put in several parks and over thirteen miles of trails.
Century Communities at High Point offers four floor plans for homebuyers to choose from, including one ranch. Base prices range from the low to mid 300’s. The base price includes such things as partial basements with 8′ walls and wood-grain laminate in the front entry and kitchen. Kitchens include 36″ birch cabinets and granite countertops. The bathrooms come standard with laminate countertops and sheet vinyl flooring. Although these homes don’t come standard with a lot of bells and whistles, this allows homebuyers to purchase a new home at an affordable price.
Most homebuyers in this community spend about $10,000 at the design center on upgrades. And the HOA in the community is affordable at $52.50 per month. The HOA fee covers common area maintenance, trash pickup and use of the community pool.
Currently Century Communities has four inventory homes available for purchase which will be completed early 2017. The build time for dirt construction is eight to ten months.
