Homes in this collection range in size from 1,401 square feet to 1,723 and base prices range from $416,900 to $478,900. The base price includes 9′ main floor ceilings, unfinished basements with rough-in plumbing and oak engineered hardwood flooring in the entry and kitchen. Kitchens include stainless steel appliances with a natural gas cooking range, 42″ cabinets and slab granite countertops. Bathrooms include laminate countertops and ceramic tile bathtub surrounds. The powder bath comes standard with a pedestal sink instead of vanity. Front yard landscaping and irrigation is also included as well as the backyard privacy fence.
Wonderland Homes offers seven floor plans, including two ranch plans. They have one model on site to tour, unfortunately the model on site, the Clarkson model, is no longer being offered. They do offer a similar floor plan and touring the model can give you a good feel of what the Portrait collection is all about.
