This 2,221 finished square foot home can be customized to include 2-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms. It includes a 1,223 square foot unfinished basement and a two car garage. This is the smallest of the floor plans in the Painted Sky collection. This home also has the lowest base price. Base prices on the Daybreak start at $583,000.
The Stargazer
The Stargazer is unique in that the base price of the home includes a finished basement. Finished square feet included in this home is 3,415. The home includes four bedrooms and can be customized to included 3.5-4.5 baths. The standard finished basement comes with a large bonus room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. This is my personal favorite home of this collection. Base price for the Stargazer starts at $641,400.
The Indigo Mist
The Indigo Mist includes 2,320 of finished square feet and a 1,282 square foot unfinished basement. It can be customized to include 2-5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. The base price for the Indigo Mist starts at $611,400.
It seems that every client I take to the Backcountry in Highlands Ranch absolutely falls in love with this community. And what’s not to love! The homes are beautiful! The community is gated.
