Richmond American Homes is offering two new home collections at Blackstone. Located in the southeast reaches of the city of Aurora, Blackstone is a stunning new golf course community.
Residents of Blackstone enjoy a social membership to the Blackstone Country Club, which is included in their $175 monthly HOA dues. The Country Club has much to offer including a pub and chophouse themed restaurant where residents can enjoy a meal overlooking the golf course and front range. The second collection offered by Richmond is an more affordable option for home buyers with prices ranging from the low 400’s to the mid 400’s. This collection offers homes buyers the choice of six floor plans, with two models on site to tour.
Both collections come standard with many luxury features included in the base price. All plans include stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets with 2″ crown, granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, deluxe five piece master bath and hardwood floors in the kitchen, nook and entry.
I thought all the models had great floor plans which are very open and the space is used well. The Estates at Blackstone Collection is particularly impressive. The master suite in the Harmon model is one of the best I have seen in a model home. It’s quite sizable with a sitting room off the bedroom separated by a double sided fire place. The sitting room has a wet bar and the master bath is amazing with a huge shower and bath.
