The Encore Collection homes range in base price from the mid 500’s to the mid 600’s. Lot premiums range from $20,000 to $70,000. At this time, building time takes about nine months. However, if you don’t want to wait, they currently have five inventory homes available that range in price from $683,338 to $906,868.
