HOA fees at Oak Ridge are $65 per month. The HOA fees cover trash and Recycling, common area maintenance and the community clubhouse and pool.
There are four floor plans to choose from at Oak Ridge, with one model onsite to tour. I toured the Hanford model and was very impressed. The home is very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen and great room are perfect for entertaining. The artful design of the circular hallway is quite striking.
Base prices at Oak Ridge range from the mid 400’s to the mid 500’s. Many luxury items are included in the base price of the home. Included are such things as dramatic 10′ main floor ceilings, three car garages, radon mitigations systems and hardwood floors in the kitchen, nook and entryway. Kitchens include 42″ maple cabinets with 2″ crowns, granite countertops, double ovens and stainless steel appliances. The master bath includes raised granite counters. And secondary baths include Corian countertops. All baths include maple cabinets and 13×13 tile flooring.
