Sterling Ranch is located just a few miles from both Chatfield Reservoir and Roxborough State Park making it an ideal neighborhood for active folks who love the outdoors. The community is also thoughtfully designed with green space and trails that wind throughout the planned villages. This makes it easy for residents to walk or bike throughout the entire community.
Over the next twenty or so years, more than 12,000 new homes will be built in Sterling Ranch. And homes aren’t the only structures being built. You can currently see the construction of a medical center just north of Providence Village. New shops and restaurants will eventually be built. And of course the community will have it’s own pool and community center.
Sterling Ranch will also have it’s own schools, including a high school. Sterling Ranch is part of the Douglas County School District. Currently students can catch the bus to schools in neighboring communities.
