Richmond American Homes recently opened three new model homes at their sales center in the Cobblestone Ranch neighborhood of Castle Rock.
The new homes currently available in Cobblestone Ranch come from three of Richmond’s popular collections of homes. The Reserve collection is a collection of ranch homes that has been especially popular with homebuyers.
Base prices range from the low to mid 400’s. The base price includes both front and back yard landscaping, which is especially nice since most new home communities only include front landscaping. Also included is a full unfinished basement, a radon mitigation system and hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen and nook. The kitchen comes standard with black GE appliances, maple cabinets and granite countertops. The master bath also comes standard with granite counters, secondary baths with Corian countertops.

In fact, students living in Cobblestone Ranch are in school zones outside of the city of Castle Rock. Elementary school students attend the Franktown Elementary School. Middle school and high school students attend schools in Parker.
