The Traditions neighborhood is located in east Aurora, just east of E470 and a couple miles north of the Murphy Creek Golf Course.
The Seasons collection at Traditions is designed with the first time homebuyer in mind. The homes range in size from 1,400 square feet to 1,950 and base prices start in the high 200’s to the low 300’s. The backyards come fenced with minimal landscaping so the homes are turnkey with no additional work needed.
The homes do not include basements, so if a basement is a must, this isn’t the right collection for you. However, Richmond does offer another collection within Traditions, the American Dream Collection. That collection is a bit higher in price, yet still affordable, and offers homes that are a bit larger and include a basement.
The HOA at for the Seasons collection at Traditions is $72 per month and includes trash pickup, common area maintenance and access to the community pool and recreation center.
Even though the homes are small, the floor plans are designed to maximize space. The floor plans are open and the generous use of windows lets in plenty of light.
There are four floor plans available, including two ranches, in the Seasons collection. All of the floor plans are featured as models on site.
