Bathrooms include the buyers choice of slab granite or white Quartz countertops and 12″ x 12″ tile flooring. The master shower pan is constructed of 2″ x 2″ tile. And master bath comes standard with 12″ x 12″ ceramic wall tile for the tub and shower surrounds. The entire main floor comes standard with 3.25″ wide pre-finished oak hardwood flooring. And both the front and backyards come fully landscaped.
