Although we saw 4,853 new listings come on the market in January, those homes were quickly scooped up by homebuyers. New listings were up a whopping 89.27% from December and up 0.54% from January of 2019. But 4,923 homes went under contract in January. Denver Real Estate Market Update - September 2019 The average sales price in Denver at the end of August came in at $488,918. According to January numbers it looks like the Denver Real Estate Market is as hot as ever. In fact, inventory seems to be more of an issue. In December Denver saw it's lowest inventory on record. And although inventory went up in January, January 2018 had the lowest inventory for any January on record. There were 4,182 new listings in January. And 4,085 homes went under contract in January.
