The Pinery neighborhood in Parker, Colorado is a beautiful golf community located on the south side of Parker.
Residents love the Pinery for it’s natural beauty. It’s hilly landscape allows for many of the homes to have spectacular views of the mountains. And the community earns it’s name, with all the ponderosa pines that adorn it’s hills. In fact, the Pinery has a feel that no other community in Parker offers, it has a real mountain ambiance to it. And the abundant wildlife you will see wandering about the neighborhood add to that ambiance. It’s rare to drive throughout the community without seeing a deer or a coyote.
The Pinery gives it’s residents plenty of opportunity to get outdoors and get active with trails winding throughout the community and parks along the way. Residents don’t even need to go far to go fishing, on a warm summer evening you’ll spot fathers and sons fishing together at Bingham Lake while enjoying the sunset.
The Pinery is the perfect neighborhood for the golf enthusiast. The Pinery Golf Club has a 27 hole course and offers tennis, swimming, fitness, dining and social amenities.
Are you into horses? This neighborhood is also home to The Colorado Horse Park, located just off the Pinery South neighborhood. This facility offers many equestrian events and also boards over 100 horses.
Homes in the Pinery vary greatly in type and price. The neighborhood has older homes built in the 70’s and new homes are still being built today. There are homes on homesites that resemble the traditional suburban neighborhood. There are homes tucked away in the trees with ample privacy. There are homes on the golf course. And there are homes that sit on two acre lots allowing for extra space if that’s what you are looking for. Homes for sale in the Pinery start in the 300’s. And prices soar up well above a million for some of the larger more luxurious homes.
Even though the Pinery is such an exquisite neighborhood, the HOA fees are kept very low at just $33 per year in mandatory dues. Residents have the choice to participate in the community trash program through the HOA at a cost of 64.50 per quarter. The Pinery also has it’s own water and waste water district. The majority of Parker residents are part of the Parker water district but The Pinery is part of the Pinery Water and Waste Water District.
