Denver Real Estate Market Update - September 2019 The average sales price in Denver at the end of August came in at $488,918. This was down 1.3 percent from July and up 3.53 percent over August 2018. https://youtu.be/dZMXjPhLPsQ 5,219 homes sold in August, down 10.91 percent from July and down 7.86 percent from August of 2018.
