Homes in the Park House collection are smaller (starter) homes that range in square feet from 1,604 to 2,229. Each home comes standard with no basement but homebuyers may add a basement for an additional $20,000 to $30,000, depending on the floor plan. Base prices range from the high 200’s to the low 300’s.
Flexible floor plan designs, that include flex room, smart spaces and bonus rooms, give home buyers the opportunity to customize homes to suit their family’s individual needs.
Features included in the base price are quite basic. Kitchens come standard with GE appliances, laminate countertops and tile floors. Bathrooms include laminate countertops and vinyl flooring. The powder bath includes a pedestal sink.
The basics included in the base price allows the builder to keep base prices low on these homes. This is a plus for first time homebuyers on a budget. It is more common for builders in the Denver area to automatically upgrade homes with such things as granite and wood floors which inflate base prices and can make new built homes unaffordable for many homebuyers.
