Their Wildflower collection at RidgeGate offers three floor plans. These smaller homes are all three story homes that offer two to three bedrooms and one or two car garages, depending on the plan. Base prices range from $364,950 to $424,950.
Their Wildlife collection at RidgeGate features larger two story homes with basements. There are two floor plans to choose from and each can be designed to offer two to four bedrooms. Base prices range from $439,950 to $509,950. Their largest floor plan offers a main floor master that is ADA approved.
The base price in both collections include granite counters, stainless steel appliances and 3.5 inch plank hardwood in the entry and kitchen. Solar panels are also included in the base price, which is not often seen in new home communities.
